Sometimes I make progress in writing on a given day and some days I don't. I am learning to give writing time and space. I have been asking a lot of what if questions to see what works for ME.
What if I schedule my time each day?
What if I don't schedule my writing time each day?
[I have learned not to do this... no scheduled writing time = no writing]
What if I write in a library surrounded by other people?
What if I write alone in the woods?
What if I write in my office?
What if I write on a shady bench in the park?
The Learnings
I have the gift of being profoundly hearing impaired; sans hearing aids I can focus just about anywhere. I must block my calendar to write or it won't happen!
