Meditation

Meditation and yoga are essential practices that support my writing and living.  I share this with any and all who want to join me.

I am trained in a mantra-based meditation practice called Freedom Meditation and am grateful to share this practice with folks because of the difference it has made in the quality of my life.  

​

I am also a certified Yoga Calm (TM) instructor and support children from 3 years old to 18 years old in being in their bodies.  This joyful practice centers self-awareness, mindfulness, and compassion.
